The Hampton-Seabrook Estuary (HSE) Conservation Liaison works closely with local Conservation Commissions to advance conservation initiatives throughout the Hampton-Seabrook Estuary watershed. Serving as a shared resource, the Liaison helps identify opportunities, build partnerships, secure funding, and implement projects that protect wildlife habitat, improve water quality, support stewardship of conservation lands, and enhance the resilience of our coastal communities.

By providing technical assistance, coordinating regional efforts, and supporting on-the-ground projects, the Conservation Liaison helps communities address local environmental challenges while advancing priority action items identified in the Hampton-Seabrook Estuary Management Plan. This collaborative approach strengthens local capacity, fosters stewardship, and promotes the long-term health and sustainability of the estuary and the natural resources upon which people and wildlife depend.
