NH’s Salt Marsh Birds and Their Conservation

Salt marshes are a unique habitat found only in a narrow fringe where the ocean meets the land. They are important as nurseries for a variety of marine organisms and provide habitat for a number of breeding and migratory birds. In this webinar, Dr. Pamela Hunt, Senior Biologist in Avian Conservation with NH Audubon discusses the different types of migratory and nesting birds that visit the Hampton-Seabrook saltmarsh and the challenges this important habitat is facing.
