Status of NH’s SEacoast Greenway

November 19, 2025

Planning for the New Hampshire Seacoast Greenway—our state’s section of the East Coast Greenway—has been underway for more than a decade. Thanks to federal funding, the entire route from Portsmouth to Seabrook is now fully programmed for construction. The segment from Portsmouth to North Hampton opened in 2024, and construction on the Hampton section extending to Drakeside Road started this year.

Join us for an update on the Rail Trail’s progress with Scott Bogle, Principal Transportation Planner, at the Rockingham Planning Commission and project lead for the Seacoast Greenway in New Hampshire.
